Three

Andy grabbed Alex's hand and led him downstairs.

"This shit stops now." He said angrily.

"What stops honey? Did that piece of shit say something?" Their ma growled on the last part.

Andy growled loudly. Their ma flinched.

"You guys beating him and talking shit about him ends now."

"Wait what? We aren't-"

"If this continues me and him are moving into the pack house."

"Then go."

"Fine. Alex pack your stuff and meet me down here."

"Okay." Alex wrote.

They grabbed their stuff and left. Andy led Alex to the pack house and knocked.

"Andy? Alex? What's going on?"

"Um can we stay at the pack house? Our parents were beating Alex and I had to get him out."

"Come in. I'll get Alpha Rocco." They followed him in.

Soon Alpha Rocco came down.

"Andy, Alex what can I do for you boys?"

"Can we stay here? Mom and dad were abusing Alex because he's a omega and Tiger wolf."

Rocco's eyes widened.

"Of course. Um do you guys know anyone?

"Our parents only let us join. We never had friends. I did patrols but never spoke to anyone."

"Okay. Axel, Damon come here."

Axel and Damon came down. Damon's eyes widened as he looked at Andy.

"Damon, what's wrong?"

"M-Mate? My mate is a guy?!"

Andy looked down.

"Damon don't do anything stupid." Rocco said.

"What's your name?" Damon asked ignoring his dad.

"Uh... Andy. Andy Salamander." Andy said quietly knowing what was about to happen.

"I, Damon Horid, reject you, Andy Salamander." Andy fell to his knees tears falling. He clenched his chest.

"Like that." The beta, Kiel, murmured.

"What?! Did you expect me to accept him as my mate?!"

"He may not have. But I did. I told you to never, never, reject your mate and you did. I warned you. Looks like it's story time. Boys, all of you, go sit in the living room." Rocco, Damon's father, said.

Alex helped Andy up then they walked to the living room with Axel and Damon behind them. Alex sat down and made Andy sit beside him. Andy laid on his lap. Axel sat beside Alex making him look at him. He smiled and Alex smiled back. Damon sat in a chair and Rocco came in with Kiel. They sat in front of the boys.

"Okay boys we both are gonna tell you a story of one of our family member's rejection each and what it did to them. Do you wanna start?"

"Okay." Kiel said. "My uncle Kace was seventeen when......"

Flashback

Kace's P.O.V.

I was seventeen when I saw her. She was tall, six feet two inches, blonde hair, a heart shaped face, beautiful amber eyes, blood red full lips, along with a pierced ear. I saw her standing in the hall joking with some cheerleaders. I came here a year ago to find my mate and I still haven't seen him or her. I was putting my books in my locker when I smelt this amazing smell. It was strawberries and coconuts mixed together. Mmmm yum. (A/N: I honestly wouldn't know so yeah.) I turn to the smell to see her. Adonia Midstrif. I saw her sniff around before her eyes met mine. I smiled shyly and she scoffed.

"Ye are me mate?" She scoffed in her Irish accent. I bite my lip. "Ye can't be me mate. Ye are so....... so ugly. Its like seeing me brother again. I, Adonia Alexia Midstrif, reject ye, Errr... What's your name again?"

" Kace Koring." I say quietly, although I wish I didn't.

"Kace Koring.. as me mate and Alpha." My eyes widened before I fell to the floor clutching my chest. Everyone around us gasped in shock.

I shakily stood and walked out holding my chest. I then walked to my house and entered slowly.

"Mom? Dad? Ryker?"

No one was home. I walked to my room and laid on my bed.

Karrace? Please tell me you are okay.

I'm so sorry Kace. I'm weak. I feel it. I don't know if I can keep doing this. Not without my mate. My wolfs voice was so quiet.

Karrace how do I live without her? She's my other half. I.......I cant survive without her.

I don't know buddy. But we'll figure it out. I won't go down without a fight.

I'm not ready. Keep fighting.

I promise I'll fight as long as I can.

I sigh and slowly fall asleep. When I wake it's to my alarm. I slept all day?! I get up and get ready for school. I walk to school and everyone starts laughing at me when they see me.

"Hey look. It's the reject. Why did you come today?"

"I need to pass."

"You don't even care that she rejected you?" They asked surprised.

"Obviously I do care. But I am just gonna try and finish this year and hope for the best. Maybe after I graduate I can take over the pack and take someone else as my mate." I said before I turned and walked into the class. When I walked into my classroom to saw Adonia standing there talking to Chad. Chad smiled at her before leaning in and kissing her. I ignored the way my chest hurt seeing her kiss him. The next week goes like this and I realize that I can't even bring myself to care. She could be with him for all I care. All I cared about was getting out of that town. Suddenly a idea hit me, it wasn't a totally brilliant one and could definitely backfire, but if it doesn't.... Well what do I have to lose right?

That night I went home and wrote a note to my family leaving it on the desk before I climb out the window and get in my car. As I am driving away into the night, I look into the mirror one last time at the house I knew I would never see again.

End Flashback

Alex had tears in his eyes at the end. What they didn't know is he still lived. See the note that he left said he couldn't take it anymore and so he was going to rid this world of his existence, but in reality he just found a small town where no one knew him and started over.

"It drove him to kill himself?"

"Yeah."

"For my younger brother he........" Rocco started.

Flashback

Mason's P.O.V.

I was sixteen when I met him. That's right. Him. My mates a guy. Anyway when I saw him it was at lunch. He and his friends were playing basketball near the tree I was reading at. I looked up when a shadow fell over me.

"Hello. May I help you?" I asked in my quiet voice.

"Hello. Mason right? Mason Winderson? We have bio together. Anways, I was hoping maybe you can do me a small favor?"

"What is it?"

"If you'd get the fuck out of this spot. You are distracting us with your hideousness."

"Screw you." I pushed him. My eyes widened when I felt a spark. "No......"

Dustin growled when he felt the spark.

"You aren't my mate. I, Dustin Newster, reject you, Mason Winderson as my mate and Luna."

I groaned and held my chest. Since I'm an omega I felt my wolf instantly die. My eyes widened before I start coughing blood. I heard people gasp as I threw it up. My eye sight darkened and the last thing I saw was my "mate's" worried face. What I didn't realize was that I'd never wake again.

End flashback

"What happened to their mates?"

"Well Adonis ended up marrying Chad and having two kids with him. Dustin ended up alone. He still is. He has a picture of Mason all around his place and I see him when ever I go to visit Mason's grave."

"Next time you go can I......"

"Yes Andy. Then I'll take you to meet Dustin and he can tell you about Mason."

"How does he know anything about him? They only talked that day."

"Well he knows because he actually known him for years. He just never talked to him. He was always near by to hear about Mason and any conversation the boy had with his friends."

"I can't believe only one of them cared enough to stay single for their mates."

"Yeah I know. Do you guys want to see them?"

"Yeah."

Rocco stood and got out a photo album. He opened it and turned it a few pages.

"That's Mason and that's Kace."

"They look just like you."

"They do don't they." They both had sad smiles on their face.
