Kendra's POV

I woke up to my familiar bedroom features the plain white ceiling with a chandelier hanging down and the white and silver bedroom walls

"Ughrr first day of new school" I groaned before going into the bathroom, tuned on the music volume to the highest and brushed my teeth then

jumped into the warm shower, I had a nice bath before tying my towel around my body and coming into the room.

I blew my hair dry and sat on my make-up chair next to the table then did my make up.

I pulled out a nice pink tank top and skinny black jeans then went out to meet my dad and also make breakfast.

My mom didn't make it because she doesn't stay with us.

"Hey dad" I greeted

"Morning sweetheart" dad replied

"So...what should I make for breakfast?"

"Uhmm...anything you want"

"Okay" I said as I went towards the stove

I made delicious pancakes and some hamburgers with a cup of coffee:café latte for dad and just plain milk for myself.

"Thanks" dad said

"My pleasure, so dad Vaira will be coming over so we could all go for shopping before leaving."

"Yes I know that, what's the name of tha school again?"

"Uhmm Lakesville high?" I questioned (A/N I know this is not an actual place in Britain...)

"Okay." dad said but just after his sentence, there was a knock on the door. I went and opened the door and I was pulled into a tight hug by Vaira my bestie she quickly ran towards the dining room

"morning Kendra's dad." she said as she took a big bite of my untouched hamburger.

"What you're not happy that I'm eating your food? ugrrh it even tastes like shit" she said faking a gag

"Really? Then why're you still eating it?" I asked when I saw her take another huge bite with a sip of my milk.

"Hello, I'd be on craze to see free food and pass."

I went and sat on my chair and ate my pancake and drank my milk

"Heeeyy I was gonna drink that" she whined

"Sorry but you have to make yours" I said as I pointed towards the fridge

"Okay girls enough with your funny argument go pack and get ready to go to your new school." Dad said to us and we both travelled to my room after we cleared out the table.
