Jaxon
I pressed my body against hers, feeling every curve, every breath she took. Her lips parted beneath mine, and the soft moan that escaped her sent a surge of heat through me. My hands traced the curve of her thighs as I deepened the kiss, savoring the way her body responded to mine.
Breaking the kiss, I let my lips travel along her jawline, lingering just beneath her ear. “You have no idea how many nights I’ve dreamed of this,” I murmured, my voice rough with longing. “Back then, I’d imagine you sneaking into my room when the house was quiet, just to be with me. I’d picture us losing ourselves in each other, no matter where we were—hidden away, stolen moments. I wanted you so badly it consumed me.”
Her fingers slid across my back, her nails grazing my skin as she arched into me. “Jaxon…” she breathed, her voice trembling. “I never knew. I never even guessed.”
I cupped her face, searching her eyes for hesitation but finding none. Instead, there was hunger, a mirrored yearning that set me on fire. “I wanted you to the point of madness, Margot. And now that I have you, I’m not holding back.”
She whispered my name again, her voice thick with emotion, and reached for me. The moment her fingers brushed against me, I caught her wrists and pinned them above her head. Her gasp filled the room, and she shifted beneath me, her body pressing closer. “Please, Jaxon. I can’t take this anymore.”
“You have no idea what you’re asking for,” I said, my voice tight with restraint. “I’ve waited too long, wanted you too much to be gentle. This isn’t going to be soft or slow, Margot. I need you to know exactly how I feel.”
Her answer came without hesitation. “I can handle it. I want you. All of you.”
Her words broke the last of my control. Flipping her over, I ran my hands along her back, feeling the shiver that raced through her as I leaned down to press my lips to her skin. Her laughter turned to a soft sigh as I kissed my way down, her body responding to every touch.
When I finally moved back to look at her, the sight of her took my breath away. She was perfect, more than I ever imagined. Every inch of her called to me, and I was powerless to resist.
“You’ve always been mine, Margot,” I whispered, my lips brushing against hers again. “No one else could ever make you feel this way.”
Her hands tangled in my hair as her body moved with mine, a perfect rhythm we’d found without even trying. She gasped, her voice trembling as she clung to me. “Jaxon, don’t stop. Please.”
“I’m not stopping,” I promised, my voice low and rough. “Not until you know exactly how much you mean to me.”
Her cries filled the room as I held her close, her nails biting into my skin as she whispered my name over and over like a prayer. The sound of her completely undone for me, the way her body trembled under my touch—it was everything I’d ever wanted and more.
When we finally collapsed together, breathless and tangled in each other, she rested her head against my chest, her laughter light and soft. “You were worth the wait, Jaxon. Every second.”
I pressed a kiss to her hair, my arms tightening around her. “So were you, Bubba. So were you.”
