"I have a stomach problem, for some reason, I feel a little nauseous," Lily said, explaining to a pretty nurse standing at the reception desk.

"Well, I will register you with the Obgyn. Please wait a moment."

Lily sat waiting nervously in line until her name was finally called.

"Miss Lily."

"Yes." Lily entered alone, walking hesitantly towards the patient's chair.

"Please have a seat. Can you explain what your complaint is, Miss?"

When the doctor asked for details, the girl looked anxious to the point of sweating.

"What's wrong? No problem, just tell me whatever your complaint is." The Obgyn doctor noticed something strange about Lily's behavior, especially since her first complaint was stomach nausea.

"We doctors have a code of ethics. We only listen to the patient's complaints. Confidential or not, everything must be told so that the doctor can give you the appropriate medicine."

"I beg you, this is our secret, Doctor. How?" asked Lily hesitantly.

"Really doctor?" asked Lily inexplicably.

"Doc, don't joke!" snapped Lily, completely shocked by Evelyn's explanation.

Evelyn understood that Lily was in the lowest phase of her life. She tried to remain calm so that Lily would feel comfortable around her.

Lily cried bitterly in front of Evelyn. "What should I do now? I'm no longer pure, Doc. I've become a despicable woman. In fact, I don't even know who has taken my honor. Doc, is a girl like me still worthy of your love?"

Evelyn's silence infuriated Lily.

"Doc, answer! Am I so despicable that the doctor is reluctant to answer my questions?!" All of Lily's worries were poured out to Evelyn until she calmed down.

"It's okay," Evelyn replied as she patted Lily's shoulder, giving her the comfort of a mother's embrace. "As an obstetrician, there are so many phenomena that occur. What you're going through, thousands of other girls are also going through."

"You can do it, Lila. You have to believe that there will be a way out." Evelyn encouraged Lily.

After returning home, Lila made sure Lily was calm first before she went to hold Alex accountable for everything that happened. Meanwhile, Nicho watched the two of them from the living room. He hadn't realized that Lily was pregnant.

Resentment must be there. As an ordinary human being, Lily must have felt such deep hurt. Moreover, it was her twin sister who threw her into hell.

Pregnancy must be the wish of every couple, but what happened to Lily was too severe. Lily didn't even know whether to be happy or sad about carrying this baby. There was no clarity whatsoever about this accident. The only information they could get was the CCTV, but it was too late.

Lily pretended to sleep because she couldn't keep seeing Lila. Her hatred had gone too far.

"Lily, are you sleeping?" Lila asked carefully.
