CHAPTER 6

(THE PRESENT)

CAILY GALILEO

‘Was this right?’ That was the question I had been asking myself all day. I had visited the site through the link Trisha sent me last night and after scrolling through and shying away from what I was there to do for about an hour, I had finally sent a message.

But I had grown anxious the moment I sent the message and so I had hurriedly dropped my phone and gone off to sleep right after.

All throughout the day, I had not visited the site to check if I had gotten a response from the person I sent the message to. It felt wrong to do it. Felt wrong to have sent the message and it felt wrong to be hoping I get replied.

The ringing of my phone made me look away from my screen; the data entry. It was Dylan, my boyfriend calling.

I felt my body tense a bit, wondering over again what Dylan would think if he ever found out I was about doing this. He'd feel cheated on, wouldn't he?

I picked my phone up, got on my feet and walked away from the office to avoid bothering others with my call.

I finally stopped by the coffee brewer and was about to call Dylan back when his call came in again.

“Hey.” I picked up the call, lightening my voice with a big smile to my face.

Perhaps I should tell him about my situation. Who knows? Dylan might actually be able to help. It would not hurt to ask for help, right? I mean it wouldn't be weird to ask for help from my significant other, right?

“Hey Caily.” his voice boomed from the speaker a bit harshly.

“I know we were supposed to meet for dinner tonight but can we push it to tomorrow? Kate needs my help with her office work and we might be at it overnight.” Dylan sounded like he was in a great rush as he spoke.

“Oh.” left my lips instead of a proper response.

I had even forgotten that we were supposed to meet for dinner tonight. I had too much on my mind to recall that.

“That’s fine.” I agreed to the shift anyways.

Kate was Dylan’s childhood friend and they had been close friends for years. Sometimes… maybe more than often, I’d wonder if Dylan and Kate were secretly dating but Dylan had assured me over and over again that I was the only one he loved romantically.

“You don’t sound too great. Are you fine or is it because of the sudden shift? I am really sorry.” He apologized, his voice remorseful and a little less rushed now.

I threaded my hand through my hair, sucking in a deep breath before responding.

“No, it’s really fine. But Dylan, can I talk to you about something?” I asked, moving into a more relaxed posture.

“Sure, what is bothering my adorable woman?” he asked and I felt a little bit of relief at his choice of words. It made me feel dear to him.

“I…” I pursed my lips for a few seconds.

“I need to take care of something and I’d be needing some money. Is there any chance you could loan some to me?” my shoe kicked the hard floor gently as I awaited his response.

“Caily.” he drawled my name out sadly.

“I would have loved to even give you any amount you want, not loan it to you but I am broke at the moment. You know I had to put a lot of money into getting Kate a comfy apartment? I spent too much on it and so…”

“It’s okay. Have a nice day.” I cut him off, ended the call and swallowed hard.

My grip on my phone tightened. If it was Kate who went to him in need of money, I was pretty sure he would be willing take out a loan for her.

“Damn bastard.” I whispered underneath my breath. I had almost broken up with him several times in the past but he would always beg me, reassuring me he loved me only. Telling him a firm 'NO' was hard for me.

“Well,” I puffed out oxygen, resigning to fate.

“I guess I have to do what I have to do now.”

*

I was in my room, phone on my bed while I paced around my room. I had just finished having my night shower a few minutes ago and now I was left to gather the courage to actually pull through with this.

“Fuck this. I can do it.” I picked up my phone and with slightly sweaty fingers, I visited the site.

My heart jumped when I saw that I had a message. I had been replied.

‘Hello, beautiful.’ The response read.

I rolled my eyes. How could he tell if I was beautiful or not when he had never seen me and I had not put up a picture to my profile?

For the next few seconds, I worried about what to text back to him and eventually decided to be straightforward. We both knew why we were on the site, after all.

‘Are you interested in me?’ I texted the message back and dropped my phone, not expecting a quick response.

Elite men were mostly busy so it would probably take a while but when I glanced at my phone screen a few seconds later, he had replied already.

‘Caily, 23 years of age, Russian. Sounds like enough for me to be interested.’ His response read.

“Calm down and just go along with this, Caily.” I calmed myself down from being too nervous.

‘A call session. I tell you what to do, if you’re uncomfortable with it, you tell me. If you get me to cum, I’d pay thirty thousand, sounds good enough?’ Another message dropped before I could formulate one.

My eyes went wide. Thirty thousand dollars! If I got that much, then with just a few more sessions, I would be able to save Aunt Mandy and even get her to a rehab.

‘Are you sure?’ I texted him back before figuring that question was silly.

‘I could pay ahead if you’d like that’ was the response.

What the hell were rich people doing with money?! Paying a whopping sum of thirty thousand just to cum over a phone! And being willing to pay ahead?!

‘And if you pay ahead and I am unable to get you to cum?’ I texted back, almost not believing I was having this exchange.

‘That’s the least of my concerns. I know you will.’

I spent the next few seconds staring at the message, where was this confidence coming from? He had never heard my voice and had never seen me…. Right?

‘Don’t pay in advance. I’d only take it after a job well done.’ I texted him back in a bout of integrity.

‘Sweet. We have a deal?’

‘Deal.’
