Elana

Trying to adjust my sleeping position, I woke up to a pair of strong arms wrapped around my bare waist.

I tilted my head a bit and caught a glimpse of Alex’s sleeping face, his breathing was calmed and he looked peaceful.

I was just admiring the man’s face when reality hit me. I was naked and in an Alpha’s bed, and to make matters worse, it was a man way older than me.

I quickly scrambled off the bed and pulled the sheets along with me to cover myself up. Waking him in the process.

He let out a loud groan, and brushed his hands through his hair, “What are you doing? Get back on the bed,” he ordered, his voice raspy

Get back on the bed? What does he take me for? Right. He technically owns me now.

“Sorry sir but I can’t. I have work to attend to,” I looked out the window and noticed the sun was rising a bit, “ The sun is almost up too, I’m behind schedule.”

“Well, you answer to me and no one else. So there is nothing to worry about, get back in bed,” he said tapping the bed.

I was hesitant, cause I didn’t want to get back in bed with this man. Just as I was about to reluctantly get into the bed, his phone rang.

“Who the fuck would be calling me by 5 am?” He said irritated, he got off the bed, walked over to the landline, and answered it. “How may I help you?”

I watched as his expression went from blank to confused. One eyebrow sticking up and his mouth in a straight line.

He turned to me “Get out,” he ordered.

Is this man bipolar? Or just mentally unstable cause I could’ve sworn he wanted me in his bed just a few seconds ago?

Without wasting any more time, I picked up my uniform rushed into the bathroom, put my clothes on, and hurried out of the room since I originally wanted to leave.

I reached my room and sat on my bed, thinking about what I had just done. My father would have my head if he found out I slept with a man almost his age.

Speaking of my dad, I have a dad. I had forgotten. I’ve been here for so long that I forgot I didn’t belong to this pack.

Honestly, I’d rather be here and a slave than in Crystal Moon pack and a laughing stock.

But I have to go back, I have to find a way to leave cause I don’t know how I’ll face the Alpha again after our intimate session last night.

He manipulated me into sleeping with him. He’s a messed up werewolf that’s for sure. Who knows how many other young girls he’s slept with?

I need to find a way out.

I was on my way to the storage room to get my cleaning supplies and get to work when I noticed the mansion was unusually quiet.

I went round to the front of the mansion and the gates were open. All the guards were busy offloading some goods out of a big truck that blocked the gate.

This was my chance to escape. It wasn’t bright out yet so I would be able to go out unnoticed.

I bent a bit and hurried over to the side of the truck, when the coast was clear I ran out of the premises and into the nearest bush.

I took off my uniform revealing the disguise I had underneath, which was a maiden skirt, a big shirt I had taken from the alpha’s room, and one of our maid head supervisors’ scarves which I had stolen.

I found a sharp stick on the ground which I used to mark the left side of my face and give myself a few bruises to make my disguise more believable.

By the time I was done applying mud on my skirt and some on my face, I was certain I looked homeless.

I walked casually and confidently past the security checkpoint marking the Silver moon pack territory. They thought I was just a commoner.

They asked where I was going and I said I had a message to deliver from the Alpha.

When I was sure I was in a safe zone and out of sight, I took off running. I ran so fast Tally finally came. “Elana, why are we running so fast?” Tally asked.

I didn’t want to respond to her, and after leaving me for so long she decided to show up now?

“What do you want Tally? Didn’t you abandon me?” I asked, still running. I could see Crystal Moon pack territory checkpoint now so I slowed down, catching my breath.

Silver moon wasn’t so far from our pack.

“I didn’t abandon you, Elana. I just..can’t tell you why I left. But you’ll know sooner or later,” Tally said.

“What do you mean?” I asked, but received no response and couldn't feel her presence anymore.

Ofcourse she disappeared again. But what did she mean by I’ll know sooner or later?

ALEX

I was just done showering when I heard a knock on my room door.

I ignored it, turning off the shower, grabbing my towel from the holder, and wrapping it around my waist.

I left the bathroom and watched as the steam escaped into the room. I may be a grown man but something’s still amuse me.

I walked over to my closet, picking out a suit and accessories. I have an important meeting at noon and I need to be at the airport now.

Memories from last night kept playing in my head. The silk texture of her pure skin, her scent, the way she moved on me.

That kind of intimacy is forbidden. I’m almost old enough to birth her, but I have not had much luck in finding love, not like I’m interested.

But something about this girl. She’s the weakest wolf I’ve ever met and the most naive, but still so difficult to hurt.

Touching and making love to her last night made me feel extremely young again. Her innocence visible from the way she rode.

I’ve never been attracted to a woman, at least not since Mellya died. And let alone a girl as young as Elana.

I was in the middle of thinking when there was a knock on the door again, and this time I lost patience with the person who chose to disturb my peace.

“Come in already,” i said impatiently.

It’s probably her. She hasn’t come to clean yet, maybe I’ll apologize to her for forcing myself on her.

“And why did you choose to clean at this hour. I’m leaving soon, i want you out before I’m done getting ready” I said angrily, as i heard her walk in.

“Thought you wanted to apologize for your pedophilic behavior,” My wolf Alex stated.

“Mmm Well i can still do that later. Still need to show superiority,” I told him, adjusting my tie.

“Sir the new Maid is gone,” a male voice said, i snapped my head away from the mirror in front of me and to the incompetent fool who had spoken.

“What did you just say?” I asked, my hands in my pocket as I watched the guard, Alex starting to boil inside me.

“The foreign wolf has run away sir.”

The fool really repeated himself. The urge to separate his wolf from him with my bare hands. What does he mean she ran away.

I looked at my watch and i was behind schedule.

So she had the audacity to run away from me. Alexander Cor, Alpha of Silver Moon pack. She won’t be gone for long.

“I want her found and locked up before I get back from my trip, inform your peers. Get out of my room.”
