**BEAUTY'S POV*"

Out of shock,I kicked at the blurred image,so hard

He freezed,holding a blanket,his nose was bleeding

I rubbed my eyes and looked properly,he only wanted to cover me up,

"Am sorry,so sorry,sir,let me help"i offered,standing up from the couch

"am okay, don't worry ..take"

He threw the blanket on the bed and walked away heading to the door

He stopped at the door and threw the key at me,I had a smooth catch

"You can lock it from inside if you don't feel safe with me"

Still holding his nose, with his head up ,he left the room

I was sleepless

I sat down thinking about what I did to him

"What if I get fired for this,I didn't even know when he carried me in here,and he then wanted to cover me up,I stupidly hit him,what was I thinking,that someone like Mr Bruno may find me attractive and wanted to take advantage me?,what a joke !!am such a..

I cursed shamefully

I got up,there's no way am going back to sleep after what happened

I went to the Sitting room found him , trying to type with his still head up,it's obvious he isn't done with the works yet

He kept enduring the pain,then he got fed up and hit the desk so hard that it scared the shit out of me

Someone that gentle,I don't except such from him

He turned and found me staring,I quickly looked away,then stole a glance at him

He smiled a little

"You are not sleeping?"

I nodded

"I want to continue from where I stopped yesterday"

I replied

"It's okay,don't worry,go and rest,am done with the ones I gave you"

He replied

"O...k sir"

I felt really sad about that for some reasons,I slowly walked to my post and sat there, staring at him

He got a call

I wonder who that was

"Yh,I missed you too(chuckles,then sigh) really wished you are here with me,I love you Soo much,take care "he answered and hung up

I was curious to know who the caller's identity

Probably his girlfriend,I should stop dreaming of us being together as a couple,Mr Bruno will never find someoneike me attractive

He put the phone down and after typing for sometime

He left out a loud sigh

"Finally!"he snapped out

I guess he is done

"Congrats sir"i said with a smile

I took the opportunity to start a conversation

"Thanks"he replied

I gazed at the clock it's 5:45 am already

"I will take you home, thanks for your help again"

He said to me,I guess he is happy

I sadly nodded

We got to a shopping mall,he wanted to buy something

"What kind of gifts do your family like,I can't go to your place without buying a gift for them at least to appreciate your help lastnight"

I didn't respond,I was sad and angry for no good reason,I dont think its mood swings either ,for some reasons I got jealous cus the unknown caller

He was quite observative,and noticed that am not in the mood for that conversation, he got down and went into the mall,few minutes he came back with shopping bags ,he stuffed them into the backseat

The journey started again, silently

"I think I feel comfortable with you"

He breaks the silence

I stole a glance at him,shocked at his confession

"I am an introvert,I hardly talk to people or maybe someone am sexually attracted to but I feel like I can talk to you,I have my insecurities too, everyone does cus no one is perfect so don't let what they say get to you"I picked up a line from his statement and threw the others into the trash

"I hardly talk to someone am sexually attracted to,you know he he he"he chuckled awkwardly

Well I guess am not on the list, that's why he feel comfortable talking to me

I said in my mind sadly

I gave the directions without indulging in his conversation

"Are you okay?"his tone sounded worried

I nodded

"That black gate"I pointed to our house

"Alright"

We stopped at my place

"Thanks for tonight again"

I just nodded and got down from the car

**BRUNO'S POV**

"did I say something wrong?"

I asked myself in the car,calculating but I wasn't able to get the answer

Halfway home ,I remembered she forgot to take the gifts I bought for her family

Maybe she intentionally ditched it

I sighed and engage the engine

"There's something about her am yet to figure out,I find it irresistible yet I cant get hold on a particular thing"

***THE NEXT DAY **

I walked into the company,I was the most punctual as always

"Good morning Mr Bruno!!"

Jessi greeted,she arrived in a few minutes after

I nod at her

She smiled back

"Good morning,Mr cutie!!"

That's Charlotte,our main custom designer

I smiled back at her

I went through the typed works yesterday and found out some errors from Beauty's works

"Dang!!,I have to make some corrections"

I snapped tiredly

Rubbing my eyes,I decided to get a cup of coffee before starting with the work

The same time

Beauty walked into the company,she dressed neat and modest,our eyes met,why will anyone in their right senses call her ugly

She's really attractive ,maybe am the only one seeing that

I waved off the thought of her and went for the coffee while she walked to her corner

Jessi went to talk to her

After making the coffee,I went back to my desk

I stole a glance at her

"Sir Bruno!!"

One of the models called

I was starled,I turned ,seeing who it was,I sighed with an eye roll,knowing her reason for being here

"What is it,this time Angela?"I snapped tartly

"Did you send this to me?"

She showed me her phone screenshot,with wet eyes

I glanced at it then back to her

"Ehhh..I...yes"

I scratched my ear embarrassed

"Why..but I really do love you Sir Bruno!!"

She burst out crying

It attracted the attention of others

"Am sorry Angela I don't want a relationship with you,let's not talk about it here"

I whispered

Angela was really shameless,and desperate too,the least of things she would care about ,is what people thinks of her

She don't care about the publicity or anything else, so she continued her confession

She went on her knees this time

"I couldn't sleep last night..all I was thinking was you

I got pissed,really pissed

"This is an office Angela!! can you stop this child play!!"I yelled out loud

**JESSI'S POV**

poor Angela,I warned her against it,Bruno is just too handsome,you can't help but fall in love with him,and his alsome personality ,he is really a heart breaker,I wonder if God will create ,a woman specially for him

he even turned lot of female celebrities down,even Nuliana Gomez,Angela is really crushing hard,but am rooting for my best though

I playfully hit beauty's arm

"Ouch!!!!"she cried out sharply flexing her arm

She started sobbing loudly

'oh my gosh! beauty,did it hurt so much"

"Don't worry,am fine "

She replied without looking up then few minutes later

She got up and walked towards the restroom,I was worried maybe ,it does hurt and she lied about it

I followed her immediately

"Beauty am sorry,I didn't know...

"He friend zoned me!!"

She started crying like a child

I paused confused,my brain cells freezed trying to get her,then finally understanding what she was saying ,i amused at first,but then watching her crying,in that manner,I was touched

I hugged her tightly and pecked her forehead

"Hey don't kill yourself for him,you will get over it just like I did"

I whispered

"He said he feel like talking to me,but he find it difficult to talk to someone who is sexually attractive,Jessi am that ugly!!!,I mean whatever i understand am not his type ,am fat and...why do I even care."

I chuckled sad

"Hey look bae,one thing I know is,Bruno maybe handsome,nice etc but you deserve more than that,if he don't want you,don't force it,you will get hurt in the end ,you are beautiful beauty you are just the only one that can't see it"

"I understand that you want me to feel good about myself, jessi but am not f**kin blind,I can see me ,myself, all of me from the mirror reflection and I know what I look like"

She just smiled back

"Maybe you should look at you from my view instead "

She hugged me again,brushing her fingers through my hair

I sobbed more

After some minutes silence

She pulled me out,and dry my face with her palms

**JESSI'S POV**

Consoling Beauty takes alot of energy ,jeez all this is because of that handsome heartbreaker, suddenly a thought crossed my mind

I smiled devilishly at it

"but to come to think of it,why he so stiff with girls,maaaaybe,hd is gay!!"

"What?

"Isn't it obvious,that's why he is soo good looking..

"What are you saying!,it isn't ,am sure he is not

"Ever seen him with a girlfriend?

Just then we overheard avoices from the restroom opposite room ,the male restroom

"Is that Matt talking with Bruno?"

I knew it,we listened more attentively

"Actually they took quite long in that bathroom"i said with a long grin on my face

imagining weird scenes

"Jessi!!,ewwww, stop your immoral thoughts, that's gross!!"

Beauty hit my shoulder

I chuckled

"I told you,he is one of them,so bad ,we missed another mr perfect to the ass people"

"It might not mean anything,I mean we are in the same bathroom,we are not lesbians,we maybe exaggerating this,they're co workers they can use same..

Then we heard the moan again

Beauty tried to scream I was fast to cover her mouth with my palm

I scolded her in a whisper

My enlarged eyes stare into beauty's,she put her hand over her mouth overwhelmed

"Yes,but am good,can endure the pain,dont worry "Matt said in between moans

Beauty and I whispered,and listened

"The bleeding should have stopped by now"

Beauty started throwing up in the toilet

i rubbed her back

Beauty just ruined everything, great they now know,we are in here

There was silence from the other room

Finally she stopped vomiting

"Beauty and Jessi I know you guys are in there"

Bruno's voice came

We stared at eachother, not knowing what next to do

"Let's go out,he knew we are in here"i whispered

"No let's wait till they leave ,I cant face them"

Beauty whispered back

"Come on dont be such a child,we all adults what's the big deal,we just promised not to tell anyone about their secret relationship "

I cuts in

"Am going beauty ,you can come out later"

I came out of the bathroom, with my cheeks red and a long grin on my face,the two stood there looking at me

"Hola "I waved at them

They said nothing

"hehehe"i giggled awkwardly

Few seconds

Beauty shamefully walked out of the bathroom,her face down,she went and stood at my back

"Can you help with the first aid boxJessi...?,Matt cut himself ,I came here and found him,wailing like a toddler,you know he is usually immature and soft, sobbing like a child ,I tried tying it up to stop the bleeding,I tied the cloth really tight and it hurts him more Instead

We looked at matt,still holding his bleeding finger,still moaning with his feminine like voice

We stood there for while,our braincells trying to get the whole thing,Beauty's face was priceless

"Ouch!!,babe please do something please"

Matt cried again

That's right ,matt can refer to anyone as darling,babe etc,how did I forget that, and Sir bruno?,he was just helping him with his injury

So silly jessi,I am way more rotten than I thought

I laughed within me

**SHELL'S POV**

"The hourglass designs, wanted you to be the face of their company,have you reviewed their request yet?

My mom asked

She scroll through my mail box

There's hundreds of them

"Mom am really not into all that now, there's alot in my mind,you know"

can't wait to meet my twin sister"

I was looking at my mirror reflection

" you will meet her soon,as soon as you are done with this summer schedules,but please give those companies feedback,they really need your attention,I was bribed by one of them to get you to sign with them,can't tell which one exactly'

She glared at with,with a slight chuckle

"Mom!!"I snapped laughing

I shook my head

She pecked my forehead and left the room

I took my phone and scroll through the emails

Mom came back with a plate of salads

She said as she put the plate on the table just opposite the couch

She walked to me and sat on the bed
