##### Chapter 7: First proposal gone wrong

Knock knock knock……..

“Who's banging on the door like that?” Natalie asked.

She opened the door and was surprised to see Kian at her door.

Kian couldn't resist her beauty as she showed her face and wanted to drag her waist closer to and kiss her again

“Natalie who's at the door?”, her mum asked. Mum is.. is…is… Natalie Starmers.

Natalie's mum came close and saw Kian

She never raised Nat to be spoilt brat so she assumed that Kian was for good then she asked him politely to come inside and have a seat.

Kian was already afraid that he might not accomplish his goal then he told Nat and her mum he would be leaving that he just came to say hi to Natalie.

On reaching home he realised he had fucked up big time, he could have tried his best by telling Nat his mind and why he came, …. Kian's phone ringing….

“Hey man what's up how did it go?”,Liam asked knowing Kian could not afford to mess up.

“I messed up full time I didn't tell her, I mean I couldn't propose to her” Kian answered.

The both friends agreed on Liam following Kian to Nat's house when next he's going for the proposal so to avoid a mess up.

“I carried you in my womb, you will have to obey my instructions, how dare you neglect my orders?", Kian's mum lamented.

“Mum is high time you and dad stop pestering me around like am a child, I have feelings as well I'm a human being so allow me make my choice", Kian voiced back at his mum in anger.

Kian's mum has brought another girl from their social life for Kian to choose as a wife. Kian refuses the girl and asked her to leave their house. Kian's mum told was wondering if her son could ever get married judging with his behaviors.

Sexy Gabriella tried visiting Kian at the place he rented and called home but she couldn't find he there,

she had waited for hours hoping Kian would return but to no avail.

Gabriella went to Natalie's house to gist hoping Nat could tell her Kian's where about,

“how have you and Kian being coping with each other?", Gabriella asked. “Well we've actually been talking more on phone call moreover it's been long I saw him", Nat answered.

Nat suggested on going to the same club where she met Kian to look around knowing she doesn't have much time left for her.

Kian had being depressed over constant argument in his house and too much pressure on getting married he decided to chill out not knowing Nat would ever be there as well knowing her family background.

……..At the club… …

“Hey Nat let's do some dancing”, Gabriella shouted. “No thanks I'm cool here”, Nat replied in warmth voice.

Nat went to the exact spot where her first kiss were stolen, she stood there while smiling at the walls remembering everything that happened when Kian mistook her for someone else and kissed her, she smiled heavily while using her teeth to cut her finger nails.

" It really feels good to be in love and to be loved, my first kiss was out of a mere mistake but it had taken a whole part of me, I love the fact that he kissed me and never gave up on me, he's such an amazing guy”, dying Natalie confessed to her shadow on the wall.

Kian was partying but his mind was not at rest, he keep singing Nat's name

Kian had booked girls to fun with but when he remembered his love for Nat he rushed out and went straight to the spot where he kissed her

"hello… hello… hello…. Nat said while on phone with her aunt and went down to look for a nice network connection when Kian had arrived

Kian had stood there for a while and went back to the club room where he picked a bottle of vodka, looked at it and dropped it back knowing he could get drunk while drinking.

Kian looked at his right side and saw a lady staring at him with such a beautiful smile raising one of her eye brows up.

Kian ignored her saying “Temptation”

The girl continuously gazed at him until she approached him

“ hey cute….do you mind for a dance and drink?”, she asked. “No I don't mind at all” Kian answered.

Kian couldn't have approached her first remembering what inspired between him and a lady the last time he visited the club, he was insulted and embrassed so he kept his words not to approach a lady first for the nean time.

Natalie refused to dance with Gabriella with her genuine reasons, she sat outside after answering her calls she were gazing at the sky counting her remaining days on earth,

“weeping….so I'm gonna leave this beautiful place of life and travel to a no man's land, weeping….how I wished I had met Kian earlier before now, I could have enjoyed my self much better before”, Nat cryied out.

“Hey you” someone shouted, and got Nat startled,

she looked and it was Gabriella,

“Damm you scared the living hell out of me”, Nat complained. “How I wished I scared this living sickness out of you”, Gabriella said. Leaving the two friends in big tears.

“Natalie you don't have much time with us here why not enjoy your self, do some unusual stuffs and be happy”, Gabriella said. “I already see these stuffs as worldly behaviours and my parents will get mad at me if the notice I'm here doing some unusual stuffs” Nat replied.

It was very difficult for Nat to live with counting her remaining days on earth and that's why she some times follow her friend to the club.

Kian had danced with numerous girls and drank so many liquor, on trying to kiss a lady he's dancing with, he smiled and looked back seeing his Natalie watching him from behind…..
