Chapter=4 (Jonah Anderson)

"Clara" I heard my name called by none other than Lily "Hey, what's up"

"Let's go" I swear she always makes me confused.

"Where?" she murmured something under her breath which I couldn't hear. "What?" I asked her. "Nothing" like always she flipped me over.

"Where everyone are going?" I noticed everyone was going towards the auditorium. "You don't know" I shooked my head.

"Everyone is going to auditorium" 'I know that duh' I wanted to say that but I kept that for myself. "For?"

"You remember yesterday I told you about the new trustee" I nodded and she continued "Mr Stewart want us to know him, so he called us to the auditorium to meet him and he is going to give us some tips for future"

"Oh" without wasting another minute she dragged me to the auditorium. We took our seat in the middle. After waiting for 10 minutes Mr. Stewart climb on the stage with a mic.

"Good Morning Students, I don't want to waste your time so I will get to the point, as you all know our previous trustee took back his trusteeship due to some issues, so on his replacement, we got a new trustee"

"So please welcome C.E.O of Anderson Company" What? Anderson is our new trustee. Enemy of my Dad. This can't happen or I heard wrong.

"Jonah Anderson" next I saw which made my eyes widen, I don't know what to think about him now? Who calls me Rose is Dad's number one enemy.

"What is the matter with you?" I looked at Lily. "What?"

"You look like you saw a ghost" I ignored her and look in front of me. Mr. Stewart handed him the mic.

"Good Morning" I didn't hear anything afterward. He was speaking while looking around like he was searching for someone

Suddenly his eyes met mine, upon seeing me his face has a small smirk. I looked on my lap, I didn't dare to look up again. I have to keep my distance from him. Knowing that he is Dad's enemy I have to take extra measures. Now he is our university trustee then he will be around more than necessary and I have to maintain my distance from him. It is difficult seeing that he always pops up wherever I go. If Dad knows I met him then he will be mad at me.

I don't know what happened between our parents but I know one thing that something big happened between them than we think. I don't know if he knows what happened to our family? When he comes to know my name then he will never talk with me then it will be easy if he never talks to me but still, I feel like I am upset with the idea. Somewhere in my heart, I like it when he calls me Rose. What? Did I think that? Lily shook me breaking me from my thought.

"What are you thinking?" I saw the program was already over, everyone was leaving to their classes. We stood up to leave when I heard a familiar voice calling my name. "Clara"

"Hi Liam"

"Hi"

"I will take my leave now" Lily left us alone.

"What do you want Liam?" he looks nervous when he heard me.

"Hmm...I..."

"Continue Liam"

"Will you go on a date with me" he blurted out. Every time he asked me and every time my answer will be NO. Why he can't understand I don't want to go on a date with him. If he asked me like a friend then that will be another thing.

"You..." before I can reject him he cut me off.

"Please Clara, please this time go on a date with me, I promise if you don't like our date then I will never ask you" I sighed in defeat.

"Ok, but this is the last time"

"Thank you, Clara, I promise, you will like our date" he hugged me.

"I hope so" I murmured.

"Be ready tomorrow by 7:00 PM, I will pick you up"

"OK"

"See you later"

"See ya" he waved and soon he was out of the auditorium. Suddenly I was yanked down and landed on someone's lap again.

"Miss me Rose" my jaw drop.

"Let me go" I struggle against him.

"Nope" he has tight grief on me.

"First tell me why are you ignoring me, Rose?"

"What are you talking about?" I looked at everywhere except his face. He made me face him.

"You know what I am talking about?"

"No, I don't"

"Rose" his voice held a warning.

"You know we can't meet each other right" I finally said making him looked at me in confusion. "Why?" I think he doesn't know our family being rivals.

"You know who I am?"

"Rose" why can't he be serious for a minute? "My real name"

"Clara Kennedy" my jaw drop, he knows my name all along ans still he calls me Rose, what kind of man he is?

"You know my name?"

"Yep"

"So why do you call me Rose?"

"Because you are My Rose" I blushed in deep red when he called My Rose. He chuckled "You look adorable when you blush" I cleared my throat to divert the topic.

"So you know our family are rivals right"

"Yes"

"Then we should not meet anymore"

"It doesn't matter whether our families are rivals or not. I can meet whoever I want they can't decide for me. And now I want you to be mine and they can't stop me from having you"

"What?" you can tell I am shocked by his declaration. He smirks when he saw my shocking face.

"You heard me"

"But...this...we...we can't be together" he looks hurt with my words.

"But why?" he whispered.

"You know our family are a rival and they will be not happy when they heard about us"

"It doesn't matter to me what our family think about us and I will make you love me" He kissed my forehead and made me stand on my feet. He stood in front of me.

"Be ready by 8:00 PM tomorrow, I will take you to our first date" I can't believe this guy, he is ordering me to go on a date with him. Who does that? He didn't even ask me properly. When I remember something.

"But Liam already asked me for a date tomorrow" after hearing me he look furious.

"What?"

"You heard me" I mocked him from before.

"See you never" I was about to leave when he held my wrist in his big hand.

"You will not go with him but only with me, are we clear" I don't know why but I feel scared by seeing him like this.

"Ok" I whispered, he left my wrist.

"See you later Rose" in no minute he was out of the auditorium. What just happened? The first period was over, so it will be better to skip. I sighed and walked out of the auditorium.

"I am back" as usual I didn't receive any response. I swear they spend more time with their job rather than with their daughter. I sighed and went to my bedroom. I took a long shower and laid on the bed thinking. What will happen when he comes here tomorrow for taking me for a date as he ordered me? I can't let that happen, he can't meet dad otherwise all hell will break out. I want some tips regarding my situation ASAP and I know the right person. I dialled her number, on second ring she response.

"Hello"

"Hi Kiara"

"Hi Clara"

"Can you come to my house" I hope she is not busy.

"Hmm..." "Kiara, are you ready?" I heard Chris asked her in the background.

"Kiara, are you going somewhere?"

"Hmm...Yes...Chris is taking me to date"

"Oh"

"If you want I will come over and we can go to date on some other day"

"It is not necessary, I just wanted to hang out"

"Are you sure it is not serious"

"Yes and enjoy your date"

"I will" I chuckled at how much she is excited about her date.

"See you later"

"See ya" we hanged our call. There is only one person I am friend with. And there is no way I am going to tell my problem to Lily. She is irritating me of how Jonah is handsome and she developed some feeling for him like seriously she just saw him and never talked to him. I can never understand her. I am confused about tomorrow, I have two dates and I don't know with whom I should go with?
