"Here, the presentation with the raw goods deal with Skincare gentle limited," Luke inserts the Pendrive in laptop, and I stared at the screen

carefully, making a mind map of stocks and sales

"Excellent, Luke, I must say you are very intelligent, just do one thing change that previous data into recent one, I just saw yesterday new data been released already from share market," I nodded while writing some important factors from presentation to my notepad

"Hehe, this means a lot to me, the first compliment from you," he smiled charmingly at me

I looked at him, he is of the same age as me and has brown hair, with mist eyes, he even has a handsome face

"Well," he kept his hand over mine, and I jumped back

"Relax," he laughed and I sighed

I looked at him

"I just wanna ask you that, will you come with me for coffee, there's a café near the office," he scratched his neck

"Um, sure, but not today, maybe  I nodded looking around, it's the first time I'll ever go on a coffee date with a guy

Like I know, I never much socialized when I was in San Francisco, for my studies

I sighed and looked around, Luke is not here, I looked out from the large glass for from my office, he was working on his laptop sitting on his desk, but he looks up when he heard a knock on his door and went away

Perhaps, I was pretty much lost in my thoughts that I didn't even realize when he went away from my office

Did I start getting attracted towards him, I mean yes I'm a girl, and it's obvious for me in this 19 year's age to get attracted towards men's, stupid hormonal changes

Ugh, stop it, Brielle, he's your assistant keep it professional, he just asked for coffee, stop these silly thoughts about him

I quickly did my body posture straight, while gulping the whole glass of water, I closed my eyes when cold water calmed my messed mind, it helps me a lot

I was startled by a knock on my door

Luke, peeked chuckling, " Here, I just thought to bring these, for you, I have plenty in my apartment, so I bring some you too," he handed me a plastic lunch box

I quickly took it and opened it,

My skin tingled with my eyes sparkled with a grin spread across my lips, I quickly took out the lavender-colored beautiful card from the envelope, my fingertips brushed the envelope sidelines, feeling it, even I can inhale a mid lavender fragrance which will immediately please your senses over it, it's a true definition of perfect

I quickly ran my eyes love for to read it

My hands paused when I read the name, From Richarson Empires, an invite for their charity ball

"Wow, indeed it's so beautiful," Luke eyed the invitation card

"Yeah," I smiled and read it further

It's a family invite for me, which means an invite for my maternal grandfather with my uncle aunt and Isaac and his sisters too

"This looks so dull," I sighed and sat on my bed while staring at the  light pink colored dress that I have

I mean yeah, I know I've never suffered from a very serious financial crisis, when I was back there in Francisco, studying I always received a certain amount of money from my parent's bank account, I mean my fees, my hostel residence bill, on food expenses

After losing my parents, I lost interest in everything, you know not interested in exploring beautiful mountains, waterfalls, not interested even celebrating any festivals

I've never paid any attention to shopping too, I always used to go to the clothing market and brought just casuals which I need to wear for my college on a lump sum, in simple words I shopped clothes for the whole  year at once, and never went to shopping again

I was never interested in fashion at all

it's like not my thing, but today I wish I would have bought a good looking dress least to wear in events like this, I don't even have a single gown to wear, that

I hate shopping, why just why ughh

I was startled by the ringing of my phone, I looked aside to see who was calling me

It's Luke

Why he's calling me

I quickly received his phone

"Hey, " I heard his voice

"Luke is everything thing is okay," I asked

"Yes yes, everything is fine don't worry," he chuckled and I sighed in relief

God, I thought something bad happens

"So," I asked smiling inwardly, I just don't know, but I like talking to him, I mean it's been a long time since I let someone since I talked genuinely like a friend with someone like after losing my parents

I lost my  interest in meeting new people, celebrating festivals I mostly spend time with myself, but now I think I'm opening finally to new peoples

"Actually, I was wondering, I'm going to partyzilla night pub, would you like to join me," he asked

Party pub, sounds fun, I mean never went to one but I think I should try it once

"Sure, I'm in," I chucked

I quickly wore the dark pink short dress stopped at my mid-thighs, with light link heels, if have spaghetti straps

I brought this dress when ta here's fresher's party in our college and I'm glad I had brought this

I stopped my car  and looked around

There's a long line of people standing waiting for their turn to enter in party pub

Looking more around I noticed two bouncers looking like they straight come from WWE, checking those people before allowing them into the club

I pouted, there is no way I'm going to be waiting in this line to wait for my chance

I was about to go back in my car to get back home, someone grabbed my hand, I looked up

It's like, he was in a maroon leather jacket with black jeans, looking good as always

"I was finding you, and here you are," he chided

I looked around again to that long line of people waiting to get into the club

"Do we have to wait in like, there," I raised my eyebrows

"No, actually you're, you can buy VIP vouchers, " he scratched his neck looking around

"Yeah, you're right, but how can I get that," I asked him raising my brows

"Um, well you can see a scanner there on the other side of the club near the window, you can make payment by scanning the code and that machine will automatically give you VIP vouchers," he pointed at the machine at another corner of the club

Even I can see many other propels, around it, taking their VIP vouchers to

"You're a millionaire, by the way, I guess you won't have any problem," he smirked at me.
