"WHY only now?"

I can't help but be annoyed with him, doesn't he know what time it is? It's already 12AM in the morning! He just got home!

"Why are you still awake?" He said seriously while loosening his necktie. "You must be sleeping in your room now, Kzea!" he yelled in an irritating way.

I took one step closer to him, "How can I sleep without you?"

"Why? Do I have the bed?" He asked with a frown.

I bit my bottom lip, "I was worried about you.."

It's true, I actually waited for him here in the living room and tried not to sleep just to catch up with him. He didn't answer my calls anymore so I worried even more, I don't want my son to lose his father!

He tsked. He shook his head as if to irritate me. "You don't have to worry about me. Worry about my son, you're taking him with you so don't do anything with him, be smart at least once." He said firmly before turning away from me.

I violently wiped the tears from my eyes and followed him. "W-did you eat?"

He didn't stop or even turn around, I was left standing on the stairs and crying.

"LAV.. You should love me, please," I softly whispered as I watched Lavriel sleep.

I can't sleep in the room, I feel like I'm alone in the world. so I decided to go to Lavriel's room with Caia. He is sleeping soundly and it is very nice to watch his gentle face.

I didn't feel his warmth on his cheek with my hand. "I love you, Lavriel. Even if it's wrong."

He moved so I was immediately alarmed, he turned to me and that's how I was surprised when he made me lay down next to him and hug him. "Caia.."

It was as if a big pencil pierced my heart when he whispered that right in my ear. He was still asleep and thought Caia was me.

I slowly faced him and caressed his unconscious face, "Yes, I am Caia.."

My cheeks warmed when he hugged me tighter because to bring my face closer to him, his breath was hitting my cheek.

my heart is like racing with a very fast beat. That was even more when Lavriel slowly opened his eyes.

There was a trace of shock in his eyes, but before he could get away from him, I grabbed him with a kiss.

he sat down and tried to push me away, wrapped my hand around his neck and deepened the kiss between the two of us. I can feel his disgust but my desire to feel his lips prevails more.

"Kzea, what—" He tried to push me. "Stop it!" he shouted when our lips finally parted. "Why were you doing this?!"

"Because, I love you!" I confess.

"I'm married!" He fired back made my heart heavy. "I'm your sister's husband, Kzea!"

"I know and I don't care! Please, I'm ready to be second or to be attached—"

he immediately cut me off. "You're crazy woman!"

"For you, I would go crazy, Lavriel!" I have no shame or conscience left in my body, I know that.

He shook his head, unable to believe it. "I will tell this to Caia."
