Whitney grabbed the knife from Lightney and placed it on Adella’s face next

"Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!" Adella screamed in terror and agony.

Getting a scar on her face is the last thing she would ever want,and at that moment she felt Marietta struggling to take over her,Adella immediately gave in and shifted right away.

Marietta let out a loud growl with it's remaining strength even though it was already weak because of the silver,

"She just tried to bite my sister! Seize her!!" Lightney screamed,pointing at Marietta who was still growling angrily and painfully

Tamara and Selena were the last to get to the scene

"Adella!" Selena Screamed with wide eyes and tried running forward but she was pushed back that she fell

Tamara immediately held her

'Shift back right now!!" The guards growled at at Marie but she never listened,she kept growling at Whitney who moved back with a smirk on her face

Marietta snarled and showed her teeth, not backing down. She was hurt, but she was still willing to fight. But she knew she couldn't win this fight. The guards were too strong, and she was too injured. But she wasn't about to give up without a fight.

"Marietta, you have to shift back," Tamara whispered in her mind. "I know you're scared and angry, but you're no match for them. Please, shift back."

Marietta hesitated, her eyes filled with fear.

“Marie,let me handle this,please” Adella said to Marie and that was when she shifted back to human

Her body was covered with blood which made the omegas gasped

"Adella!" Tamara cried, rushing to her friend's side. "Are you alright? Are you hurt?"

Adella tried to stand up, but her legs gave out beneath her and she fell back to the ground.

"I'm...I'm fine," she said, her voice weak. "I just need a moment to catch my breath."

"Let's get you to the infirmary," Tamara said, helping Adella to her feet. "You're hurt, and you need to be looked at."

"But the guards..." Adella began, glancing back at the guards

"Capture her!" Whitney yelled and the guards moved closer to Adella

"She's the one who's hurt!! You're lying!!" blocked the guard from getting to Adella

"She's the one who obviously hurt my friend,why are you turning blind eyes?!!!" Tamara yelled but a whip landed on her back and everyone gasped

Tamara let out a cry of pain and fell to her knees, the whip leaving a welt on her back. The guards had gone too far, and Tamara wasn't about to let them get away with it.

"How dare you!" Tamara snarled, anger coursing through her. "You're supposed to protect us, not hurt us!"

"How dare you speak?!!" The guard yelled angrily

"They are lying!!! How dare you support them?!!" Tamara growled back and the guard brought out a sword

Everyone moved back immediately,Adella was trying hard to control her tears and weakness,she was getting more tired every second

The guard faced the other omegas

"Anyone who still want to talk?" He asked and there was silence

Whitney smiled and crossed her arms before moving forward

"I'll take it from here," Whitney said, her voice cold and cruel.

"You all know what happens to those who disobey me." Adella felt a shiver of fear run down her spine. She knew what Whitney was capable of, and she knew that if she didn't do something, something terrible was going to happen.

"Take her....she will receive the punishment she deserves when we return to the castle" She said

"Noooo!!!!" Selena immediately screamed and tried rushing forward but a guard brought out his sword and placed it on her throat

Adella’s eyes widened

"If you wish for death,move forward" He dared

"Mother noo....I will be fine...please" Adella immediately shook her head

Selena's eyes filled with tears, but she knew she couldn't risk making a move.

"Child..."

"I will be fine" Adella nods her head

"Move!!" The guard shouted and pushed her forward

The omegas all watched as Adella was taken away,they were so sure she might never return alive,she will surely be sent back dead.

Tamara and Selena were both in tears but as soon as Adella was out of sight,Selena lost her consciousness

"Mother!!" Tamara cried out.

Tamara caught Selena as she fell, her heart racing with fear.

"Mother, please wake up," she said, shaking her gently. "You have to be okay. I can't lose you too." But Selena didn't respond, and Tamara's panic grew. She had already lost her parent, and she couldn't bear to lose the only mother she got too. She had to do something, but she didn't know what. She was just a girl, and she felt so helpless.

She looked around, searching for someone, anyone, who could help. But all she saw were the guards, their eyes cold and emotionless.

They had no sympathy for her, no concern for her or her mother. All they cared about was carrying out their orders.

She carried Selena to their small room

CASTLE~OLD LUNA'S CHAMBER

Luna Adelaide was laying on the bed while some maids massaged her body,suddenly the door opened and Naomi entered. Adelaide raised her head and Naomi bowed

"I'm back old Luna" She said

"What's going on? I can feel a different presence in the castle" Adelaide said

"Oh,Lady Ashley is in the castle right now" Naomi replied and Adelaide raised her brows

"Ashley is here? Why?" She asked

"According to what I saw,she was walking with the Alpha's beta,so I think she was invited into the castle by the Alpha" Naomi replied butAdelaide was still curious

"Okay" She said lowly

"But I thought Lady Ashley had a falling out with the Alpha," Adelaide said, puzzled. "Why would he invite her here?"

"I don't know,old Luna," Naomi said, shaking her head. "But I have a feeling that there is more going on than we know." Adelaide sat up, a troubled look on her face.

"I don't like this. I don't like the idea of Ashley being here, in our home. I don't trust her."

Naomi nodded in agreement.

"I understand your concern, old Luna. But what can we do? It's the Alpha's decision, and we can't go against his wishes." Adelaide bit her lip, frustrated. She knew Naomi was right, but it didn't make her feel any better.

"I just have a bad feeling about this. Ashley is up to something, I just know it." Naomi placed a comforting hand on Adelaide's shoulder.

"I know it's difficult, but we have to trust in the Alpha's judgment. He knows what he's doing."

Adelaide sighed, her shoulders slumping. "I hope you're right."

"Is there something else you would like me to do??" Naomi asked

"Stay here while I think" Adelaide said and Naomi immediately stood on a side.

Adelaide closed her eyes, trying to think of a way out of this situation. She didn't trust Ashley, and she didn't want her in the pack. But she also knew that she couldn't just order her to leave. She had to find a way to resolve this conflict without causing any harm.
