Aphrodite and The Magical Forest

In the middle of a full moon night, while werewolves are celebrating their victory against the war with vampires and the vampires are busy mourning the deaths of their loved ones. A beautiful lady descended the earth to give the most beautiful gift she can present to the world of magical creatures. A gift that will give all the magical creatures a chance to fight the upcoming event that can destroy the lives of all magical creatures, all the living things on earth rather.

As the beautiful lady walked barefooted on the full green grass, the strong wind blew her long shiny white hair and the trees dances together with the wind. The chirping of the birds and the hooting of the owls can be heard all over the quiet forest.

Footsteps over footsteps and the faint sound of the people having fun in the Kingdom of Werewolves, the beautiful lady reached the door of the witch house. She put her gift on her left arm to use the other to knock.

Three knocks.

A beautiful young woman stood at the door with widened eyes as she looked at the other woman who intruded on her peaceful night.

"Ophelia" said the intruder with a soft melodious voice. The young woman inside the witch house gasped.

"Selene" the young woman whispered but enough for the other woman to hear. And enough for her gift to be distracted and open her beautiful blue eyes. The young woman looked at a beautiful baby on the intruder's arm.

"I can feel so much power from her. It's overwhelming." The young woman -Ophelia- thought.

The other woman -Selene- looked down at her arms too. The beautiful baby with striking blue eyes and natural pastel pink hair yawned and rubbed her eyes. Selene smiled and kissed the forehead of the baby.

"I-is that-" Ophelia stuttered and eventually cut off her sentence because of so much shock.

"Yes, this is her." Selene said and turned her gaze back to Ophelia who looked more shock and pale, like she's going to faint.

"B-but how?" Ophelia asked in a whisper. Selene turned her gaze back to the baby in her arms that's now fast asleep.

"I know you already heard about the chaos between the vampires and the werewolves. I'm just granting her wish Ophelia, as well as giving a great favor for the good of all magical creatures." Selene said and Ophelia nodded but still have many questions in her mind.

"I know that you have many questions, but I don't have enough time. I want you to take care of her, Ophelia. And when the right time comes, all your unanswered questions will be answered." Selene said while putting the baby on the arms of a speechless Ophelia. When Ophelia finally found the right words to ask, Selene was already gone.

Still speechless, Ophelia just stood there looking straight at where Selene stood earlier and then her gaze turned to the baby girl on her arms. The baby was awake yet again and the baby looked up, straight at her. She can't help but be awed by how beautiful the baby is and how her striking blue eyes seems to look straight into her soul. Seeking all her deepest, darkest secrets. Ophelia sighed and closed the door.

On the other hand, Selene was in the middle of a clearing where the full moon was very visible. Selene stood right where the moonlight is. The moonlight emphasizes her beauty even more. Her white long hair ang pale skin seems to shine along with the moonlight.

"May the moon guide you to the right path, my child" Selene thought as the light of the moon shined more, blinding anyone who is close. The blinding light shined for a few seconds and when it went back to its normal light, Selene was already gone.
