Whispers of Redemption: Evangeline's Quest for Justice

" Ava we need to go back to your kingdom and get the power of the Royal Alpha family back to them and give your position to you" Uncle Joseph said, making me shocked.

"WHAT" I screamed

“Ava we can't stay any longer" Dad said

“And why is that?" I said

"Because your senses are heightened even more than before, and the girl you heard, she really needs help now" Uncle Jeph said

"Who is that girl, you can save her uncle Jeph, and I am not bound to help her" I said

"But Ava she asked for you to help her, she didn't want us to help her" Uncle Joseph said

“Why are you so focused on that she asked me for help, I can send someone else to help her" I said

"No Ava It's the time for you to get everything back, you have to get back everything that has been taken away from you" Dad said

“Why are you both so focused on it, who is this girl?" I said frustrated

“She is your sister" Dad said making me shocked

“What the freaking hell Dad, are you out of your mind" I asked

"What are you saying Dad?" Mark asked

"It's true Ava and Mark, that girl calling for help is our eldest daughter that has been captured by Jarvis" Dad said

“Enough of this nonsense Dad" I screamed

They all stood alarmed and seeing tension in their eyes I saw my hands and they were burning with fire.

I really hate this power of the devil. Whenever I'm angry it starts burning.

But now I have to get out of here. I can't burn the whole place just because of my Dad's nonsense.

I took a deep breath and snapped my fingers then disappeared from the house.

I appeared in front of the Mountain that I love the most of all the places.

Whenever I'm in a bad mood I always come here and luckily there's no one living here so I have built a treehouse with a mark on the highest tree here.

There's a ladder made of wood and rope that hangs down the tree house.

I loved this place so much. We have a lot of childhood memories here. Even our parents don't know about this place.

I was just admiring the view when I heard someone calling my name.

"Ava"

I was scared and turned around to see none other than my brother Mark.

“Mark, you scared the hell out of me," I said, putting a hand on my heart.

“Sorry little sister," he said, holding his ears.

“Whatever" I said angrily

“Let’s get up there, Captain Evangeline" Mark said playfully but I can see his worried look in his eyes.

I grabbed the rope ladder and climbed up but suddenly I felt dizzy again and fell down. Luckily Mark caught me on time and I closed my eyes and saw that the same girl from my dream was calling for help again. I opened my eyes and stood up but I fainted.

When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. I saw around but no one was there. So I got up and went out to see Mom sitting on the bench. But she was sleeping. So I decided not to disturb her and I went on the rooftop.

I sat there and enjoyed the view of stars and the moon playing hide-and-seek with clouds.

" Oh moon goddess please don't make it difficult, how is it possible that I have a sister, but even if I have a sister why did everyone try to hide her from me."

“I guess the moon goddess has something good planned for you" I turned around and saw my MATE.

"What are you doing here?" I said

"Hmm! What can I do if my mate is lying on hospital bed, and I sensed that you were sad so I came to look for you" he replied

I looked down and said

“I’m not sad, I just feel angry how they could hide such a big secret from me" I said angrily.

He hugged me and rubbed his hand on my back. Surprisingly it felt so good and I hugged him back.

“Evangeline! I know you are angry with your family and your anger is reasonable, but try to look from their sides, they were never wrong, they wanted a safe and happy childhood for you and your sister, it's just that they couldn't give that safe and happy childhood to your sister." He said

“I know but if they had told me before I would have never been angry with them. They hide everything about my sister from me and now they have decided suddenly to go back to the kingdom." I said looking down.

“Look at me, I will ask you something that had never been happened but Maybe it will happen in future" he said

I looked at him and asked “What is it”

“Evangeline if you have two daughters and you have to run away from your hometown in a hurry to save one of them but didn't get a chance to save the other one how will you feel about your other daughter" He asked

At first I was shocked but then understanding his question I replied “I would be hurt and do anything to save my daughter"

“How will you save her" he asked again

“I will go back and get my daughter" I replied a little confused.

“What if your second daughter is not the one to be left alone, because if you leave her alone some of the enemies will kill her"

I was quiet for a moment then replied

“I will find someone for help"

“If the person you found for help has tried his best but he couldn't get your daughter to you just because your second daughter is destined to help her sister, your first daughter"

" Then I have no other choice but to wait for the right time, but still it will hurt to leave my daughter in that living hell" I replied

“That’s the thing dear, your parents did asked for someone's help to save your sister, and that person was me, no matter what I did I couldn't save her and one day I had someone in mind link, that was your sister and she said 'stop trying to help me because only my sister is destined to help me no matter what everyone tried to do only she is able to get me out of here” he explained

And after this conversation I understood everything my parents have gone through.

We talked for a little more and then I went back to my room and saw mom was still sleeping. So I decided to sleep for a while.

But I will save my sister, and those who have hurt my sister will pay for their deeds. Jarvis you have made my family suffer a lot, so now it's my time for revenge and your time to suffer.
